Pallet Stabilization
Place a Grip Sheet on the bottom of the pallet, and between as many layers as necessary.
For best results, place Grip Sheets between each layer of your pallet.
Finished skid with Grip Sheets between each layer.
This skid has Grip Sheets between each layer, and NO stretch film.
Grip Sheets Grip Sheets are made of recycled kraft paper and they are recyclable, they allow for reduction of stretch film and other pallet stabilization methods, are reusable, remove the chance of shipping damage and the time and money it wastes, and can often replace more expensive tier sheets. Contact us at (800) 888-4198 for more details.
Gluing to Stabilize Pallets -- Hot Melt and Water Based Cohesive Either a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive or specially formulated cohesive may be applied automatically to boxes or bags as they travel down the conveyor to the palletetizer/packaging area. The adhesive will add stability to the palletized product and prevent shifting during shipping. We have years of experience with both methods of adhesive application, both with the equipment and adhesives, and will work with you to find the best product for your needs.
Stretch Film We handle high quality stretch film to finish off your pallet load. This film is available in several types; from offering cost savings with hybrid films, which has exceptional performance value, to film for those loads that need a little more hold.
